We can create a variety of bespoke programmes that can include one or several activities to be chosen from our range. In this respect, the duration also varies according to whether a single activity or a multi-activity programme is chosen. Generally speaking, it tends to be a morning activity, especially if there is a celebration lunch, after which it is often difficult to return to the water for physical activity.
