The extracurricular activities and school class trips offered by Funtastic are based on water sports. They are often combined with activities and cultural visits taking advantage of the magnificent natural and cultural environment of the Empordà and the Costa Brava. These programs can be adjusted to all types of getaways, ranging from a morning to a week.

The program is developed in two and a half hour sessions:
Mornings: from 10h00 to 12h30.
Afternoons: from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

As for sports activities, these school outings include a variety of baptisms and initiations to different nautical sports and other recreational activities in the water.

The program can be tailor-made for each school so that, if it is of interest, water activities can be combined with tourism. The Ruins of Empúries, the Dalí Theater-Museum, the Empordà Marshes and the Montgrí-Illes Medes Natural Park are some of the most popular options.

Depending on the number of participants and sessions contracted, schools can tailor the program of their school outings by choosing from the following activities:

What is needed for the water sports activities?

The student must come equipped as he/she would to go to the beach, without forgetting: sunscreen with high protection factor, cap, sunglasses, a lycra if available or a thin t-shirt to get wet, bath towel…

Funtastic provides all the necessary material for the activities, such as life jackets, which are mandatory, wetsuit if it is cold, the gear for the different activities and the instructors.

Accommodation

Due to the proximity and quality of the facilities, we propose full board accommodation in the bungalows of the Cala Montgó campsite. To spend the night at the campsite, the student must bring a sleeping bag or bed linen and towel.
